Fitness Classes
Stretch - 60 minutes of pure stretching! The first part of the class will involve Self-Myofascial Release using tools such as foam rollers, tennis and golf balls to target and massage tight muscles. This will then be followed by a deep and intense stretch, involving active and passive stretches, as well as PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) and partner-assisted stretching.
Body Sculpture- This class is designed to scuplt the entire body using different exercises and hand weights. Emphasis on those hard to target areas.
