Stretch - 60 minutes of pure stretching! The first part of the class will involve Self-Myofascial Release using tools such as foam rollers, tennis and golf balls to target and massage tight muscles. This will then be followed by a deep and intense stretch, involving active and passive stretches, as well as PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) and partner-assisted stretching.
Strength & Conditioning - This class will be different each week involving high intensity interval training, kettlebells, dumbbells, circuit-style training, resistance bands and bodyweight training. Some sessions are held in the pole/aerial studio and use this apparatus too.
